Processing Time: Orders received are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. All orders are shipped from their warehouse in California.
Delivery Estimates: Most parcels are delivered within the United States in 4-10 business days from the date shipped (10-15 business days for orders outside the US). If you do not receive your order within that time frame, please send an email to customer service.
You will receive an email when your order ships with the relevant tracking information provided. You can also view order information including tracking within My Account.
If you have not received your order in the recommended time frame (4-10 business days from the date shipped, 10-15 business days for orders outside the US). Please use the Contact Us form and reach out with your order number.
Changing or updating your delivery address can be done via the My Account Dashboard. Please follow these steps to update your address:

You can update or add new addresses there.
