Moral Code shoes are sized according to the US Brannock device — the little contraption you’ll find on the floors of most shoe stores. This means that all Moral Code shoes fit true to size. So, if you are a size 10, then buy a size 10 shoe. As far as widths go, Moral Code shoes are available in both medium (D) and wide (EE).

Moral Code shoes are crafted in small quantities and never mass-produced. For this reason, exchanges are not offered due to potential size limitations. However, you can return your original order and place a new one. Shipping and returns are always free.

Sometimes a pair of shoes just don’t fit or look the part. That’s life. So, if you find yourself having to return your shoes, here’s what you should know:

• Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching.

• Returns must be shipped back within 21 days of the original shipping date.

• Returns must be unworn and in the same condition as when received.

• Returns must be in original packaging.

• Return shipping is always free. A return shipping label is included in your original packaging.

• You will receive an email notification once your returned order arrives and is inspected at their warehouse. Providing that your return meets the criteria specified, your credit card will be refunded within 5 business days of receipt.
