In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, or it is damaged in delivery or is the wrong item, they ask you to contact Moonpig to let them know of the problem as soon as possible. Moonpig will then advise you on whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with all the delivery details you need.
