Standard Shipping – Tracked Service, Delivery time of 3 - 4 working days from date of dispatch

• UK Next Day – Tracked Service, Delivery time Next working day from date of dispatch*

• Saturday Delivery - Tracked Service, Delivered Saturday by 2 pm if ordered before 7 pm Friday

• Standard Shipping – Tracked Service, Delivery time from 3 – 5 working days from date of dispatch*

• Express Shipping – Tracked Service, Delivery time from 2 – 3 working days from date of dispatch*

Please note all next day delivery orders received by 7 pm are dispatched the same day, any orders received after 7 pm are dispatched the next working day.

All items are sent tracked, depending on the service selected you will be required to sign for the delivery.

Not for deliveries in the UK, however, International deliveries may incur customs fees but you will need to confirm with your courier.

You can only exchange an item once you have received it, you will need to send the item back to them, please follow the instructions on their returns page.

If you have returned the parcel via a trackable service, they recommended tracking the parcel to see if it has been delivered before contacting them. If the parcel is showing as delivered, kindly allow 10 - 14 working days for them to process your return.
