Once you have selected the shore excursions you want and added to your shopping cart, you can proceed to checkout using the shopping cart symbol in the top right corner. There you can specify your billing address, select the desired payment method (PayPal, credit card, SEPA direct debit, or instant bank transfer), and pay for the excursions conveniently online. You will then receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email.

They also offer you to carry out the excursions offered on www.meine-landausfluege.de as exclusive private excursions. They can also put together an individual tour for you, entirely according to your wishes. Such a private tour then consists exclusively of you and your companions as well as the local tour guide including driver and vehicle. If the specified minimum number of participants is not reached, they reserve the right to cancel the excursion promptly in individual cases. They will generally inform you by email no later than 14 days before the service date whether the excursion will take place or not. If there are less than 14 days between the booking date and the service date, this can also be done later. If you cancel, you will receive an immediate refund of any payments you have already made.

In general, you have the option to cancel your booked shore excursion free of charge at any time up to 15 days before the service date. If you want to be even further protected, you can easily add their Flex option during your booking process. If you have booked their Flex option, you can cancel your booked shore excursion free of charge and without giving reasons up to 60 minutes before the start of the excursion.
