It takes approximately 24 to 72 business hours to process and ship your order once it is confirmed and the payment received. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as orders received on weekdays, will be processed the next business day. They don’t ship on Saturday, Sunday or national Holidays. During busy seasons, it may take up to 5 business days to process your order due to the high volume of orders.

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason but need to comply with their return policy, you may return your purchase within 50 days or 500 miles whichever comes first, for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other additional charges.

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. In many circumstances when the original method of payment is no longer available to receive refunds, proper proof and documentation are needed. It's at Mega Motor Madness's discretion if an alternative method of payment is acceptable in issuing the refund.

Cancellations must be made by email only. Unshipped orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of original payment without a cancellation charge. Unshipped orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
