Mayflower accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover Card, Maestro and PayPal.

Order before 15:00 Monday - Friday and they will ship your order the same day.

In addition to this 2 - 3 business day delivery depending on which shipping service you choose. (This only applies if the order is completed before 15:00 on weekdays. (Holidays excluded))

You will receive a text message and email from your chosen shipping provider when the package can be picked up at the delivery location.

At {brand you have 100 days to cancel your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods within 100 days. If you choose to return an item and the reason for the return is not a mistake made by Mayflower A/S, you are responsible for the shipping costs. You are liable for any damage incurred during transportation or for lost packages.

The product and banding must be intact and in unused condition (e.g. yarn must not smell of smoke, etc.). in addition, all original packaging must be included in undamaged condition. They do not refund money for used or damaged goods.

If the original packaging (not the white shipping bags from Mayflower A/S) is damaged e.g. tape, packing label or similar, there will be a reduction in the price.

ATTENTION. When buying in their physical store, you will have 30 days to get your money back and 60 days to get your products exchanged.

If you want a refund, the money will always be returned to the credit card used to purchase the item. If this is not possible, you will be contacted to provide them with an account number to which they can transfer the money.

Please note that even if they process the refund immediately, it may take a few days before the money is visible in your bank account. The timeframe for when you can see the money in your account depends on your bank or the payment service you use. The whole process can take up to 10 days.

Returned goods must not have been used. It is important that the item is as new and returned in the same condition as you received it.

This means that the item must be unused and intact when returned and that the banding and packaging must be in original condition.

If the item/packaging is damaged or shows signs of use, the refund will be reduced.

You can also cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the item.
