Yes, as long as your order has not begun processing, you can cancel your order online from your Order History page or change your order by calling their Customer Service Representatives.
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Once your order begins processing, they are unable to:

*Change, remove or add an item to order.
*Change the payment method on an order.
*Change the shipping address on an order.
*Apply a promotion code to an order.
