They are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased on their website that has not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging (box, sunglasses case, garment bag, etc), within 30 days of purchase. Fragrances and Marc Jacobs Beauty products may be returned lightly used. All swimwear and underwear purchases are final sale; no returns or exchanges are accepted on these items.
For your convenience, any domestic orders placed on their website shipped to the Contiguous United States will receive a prepaid UPS shipping return label with your order. Pack item(s) securely in the original product packaging and include all paperwork. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package.
