Man Outfitters process orders very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, they usually cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Man Outfitters cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out as most shipping carriers are not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped. If the order has not shipped, they should be able to make the change.

Purchased items are eligible for a refund of the purchase price for 30-days after the order date. Initial order shipping costs are not refunded. Items must meet the following eligibility requirements to receive a refund:

• Apparel item(s) must be in unworn and unwashed condition, with the tags attached. They must also be free of any stains, dirt or abnormal scent.
• Footwear must be unworn and undamaged with no stains, dirt or markings and returned in the original, undamaged box within the shipping package.
• Product exchanges for a different style, size or color follow the same process as a return. Just follow the returns process below, and then purchase the replacement item with a new order anytime at your convenience.
