Mad Rabbit accepts all major credit and debit cards.
They ship everywhere in the United States, Puerto Rico, and all US territories. They also ship internationally.
In 3-5 business days domestically or 7-10 business days internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48β72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website.
They process all orders immediately. If it hasn't already been sent out from their warehouse, email them at help@madrabbit.com ASAP, and they can cancel it.
Please email them at help@madrabbit.com with the subject damaged along with your order number and a photo of the broken product.
If you are not satisfied, you may return the products within 30 days of delivery. They will not accept them after this window. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are returned to them. Please make sure the name and order number are included in the package to prevent delays.
