They ship in-stock bikes within 2-5 days, and most will arrive in 5-7 business days from the shipping date. So expect your bike to arrive within 1-2 weeks after your purchase. Apparel orders are made at the time of order. So your order will ship 4-5 days after purchase and arrive 5-7 days after. So the total from the time of purchase is 1-2 weeks.
They take great care in packaging your bike so it arrives safely in tactfully. Heavy-duty e-bike-specific packaging boxes are used, so all painted surfaces and LCD screens are protected from damage.
If after placing your order, you change your mind, you have 15 days for a full refund. After 15 days, your bike order is officially a part of their current production order, and no refunds can be issued until you receive the bike. If after receiving the bike, you decide youโd like to return it, you have 15 days from the date it was received to do so.
