Luggage Online processes orders as quickly as possible. Orders may take 1-3 business days to process.

Luggage Online ships via UPS Ground and USPS, delivery times will vary based on your relative proximity to their East Coast main warehouse. Most in-stock items will leave their warehouse within one (1) to two (2) business days (Monday-Friday). Certain items will ship from other warehouses in different parts of the country and delivery time will vary.

All Luggage Online products come with their 30-day FREE & EASY Returns Policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, click on "Return / Exchange My Order" on the top right of their homepage.

If the item is not received back within 10 business days from your return claim your return will not be valid. Once your return is received they will apply a full refund less any shipping costs to the original form of payment.

If you would like to exchange your item for something that better fits your needs, a new order will need to be placed.

Please contact them immediately if your Luggage Online purchase arrives in defective or damaged condition. It is best if you can take a picture of your defective item and attach it to your email to customerservice@luggageonline.com. Items that arrive in defective or damaged condition will be replaced immediately.

Defective merchandise is covered for 30 days by Luggage Online. After that time please refer to the manufacturer for warranty service.
