Their products are made to order and to your specification, they can only accept returns if the product is physically damaged or defective. If your product arrives damaged, you must notify them within 14 days of receiving your product with an image showing the physical damage or defect. If they have determined that a refund is due, your refund will be processed within 7 days. Where exchange rates of currency are involved, the Refund will be made in the currency used when you paid for the order. Love 2 Be Personal does not accept responsibility for any loss or gain caused by changes in the exchange rate between the time of Ordering and the time of issuing the Refund.

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of them notifying you about your refund being issued, please, check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact them.

Love 2 Be Personal reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. They may do this for example, but without limitation, where: an event beyond their control, such as a storm, fire, flood or failure of device systems, means that Love 2 Be Personal is unable to supply the Products within a reasonable time; Products ordered were subject to an error on the website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted; you ask them to cancel your Order. You may cancel your Order where they have breached a material term of this Agreement; or are not able to deliver your Order within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery time, other than a result of any delay: 1. for which you are wholly or partly responsible such as a failure to provide the correct delivery address or to pay for the Products; or 2. which was outside their control. When they cancel your Order after acceptance it will send you an e-mail notifying you of cancellation. In the event they or you are cancelling your Order after payment has been processed, Love 2 Be Personal will refund any money paid in respect of that Order, typically within 14 days. Except to the extent otherwise required by law or as expressly set out in these terms and conditions, they will not be liable to you, or any other person, for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered as a direct or indirect result of the cancellation of your order, whether in contract, negligence or any other tort, equity, restitution, strict liability, under statute or otherwise at all.

They aim to fulfil your Order by the estimated delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation unless there is an Event Outside Their Control. Delivery will be completed when they deliver the Products to the address you gave them. In the event that they incur extra delivery or storage charges because no one is available at your address to take delivery, you will be expected to pay for such charges. The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. For the avoidance of doubt, you own the Products once they have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. If you order Products from their website for delivery to a destination outside the United Kingdom, your Order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that they have no control over these charges and they cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your Order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. They will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
