It can take 1 day and rarely takes more than 5-7 business days to reach its furthest destination. Generally speaking, the closer the delivery location is geographically to our shipping warehouse, the faster you will receive your order.

Returns are accepted only within 60 days of shipment. All returns must be pre-approved by Lola Products and require a “Return Authorization Number”. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid in the original cartons clearly marked with the return authorization number provided, they must be unused, undamaged and in sellable condition. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and no credit will be issued. Customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred from original shipment, exclusions apply*.

Lola Products has a 5-year guarantee on any workmanship and/or material defects on certain products for 5 years from the date of first purchase when used for normal household use. If at any time during this period the product fails due to a covered defect, they will repair or replace it at their discretion with a product of equal or greater value, as well as send it to you by Lola Products' choice of shipping method and carrier.
