You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund item for free. To be returned, items must be eligible for return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
LIVLIT will notify you once they have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
