Lisa eleni accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro , AMEX, Union Pay, Klarna, Slice It and PayPal.

All orders are shipped from Austria.

Within the EU there are no import taxes or customs duties.

For orders to Switzerland, USA and UK Lisa eleni cover all customs duties and taxes!

For all other countries, import sales taxes and customs duties may apply. These are not covered by Lisa eleni. Please check with the regional authorities in your country about the amount of additional costs before ordering.

If you refuse to accept the package or fail to pick up the package from the parcel station in time, the package will be returned to them and the costs incurred will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

If you have entered the wrong delivery address in the check out, the package will be returned to Lisa eleni and they will deduct the resulting costs from the amount to be refunded. In case of a second failed delivery attempt, the delivery costs are to be paid by the customer.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, Lisa eleni can unfortunately not accept the return or exchange of Lisa eleni's Huggies and earrings. Only their earring Charms can be returned. The return period is 14 days.

The customer must bear the cost of the return shipment itself.
