Yes, you can cancel your subscribe and save subscription, anytime and free of charge. If you cancel your subscription on the same day or after the payment is due and you have been charged, you will still receive this test and all future tests will be cancelled.

For all other test kits if you no longer want your test kit or if you change your mind and no longer wish to test, please inform them by email or post of your decision and return the product to them within 14 days. The expense of the return postage will be at your own cost.

Once they receive the test kit back, they can then process a refund for you. Please be aware that the cost of the kit and shipping will be deducted from the refund.
