Each person with a ticket will receive photo challenges, trivia, and other activities for everyone to do together. They recommend purchasing for everyone on your team, including children over 5, so everyone can have an interactive role. If someone does not have their device, you can have up to 4 characters on a single device. Their app will let you know when to pass the device to a particular character when it's their turn.

They always want you to have the best experience possible. If you are not satisfied with your activity after it has been completed, they will work to make it right. They do not provide refunds for foul weather, street closures or other issues out of their control. Their tickets are valid for up to two years when you purchase through their website, but you can request your tokens back if you use fox coins for activity and no longer wish to do it! Keep in mind that you can use fox coins in any of their cities, whether it was part of your original plan or not. If your trip to New Orleans is cancelled, do a hunt in Denver next week instead. Season passes, fox coins, subscriptions, physical gift cards, and multi-day passes cannot be refunded after the first use or shipment.

Their pets and the experience are very similar to a walk around the city with them. You won't be asked to go into any buildings during your hunt, so bring Fido along with you.
