Refunds will be authorized once their mechanic has inspected the bike. Refunds will be issued as soon as the bike has received approval from the mechanic. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. They will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
