LDMA accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover Card, Diners Club, JCB, Union Pay and PayPal.

Orders are typically processed and shipped from the Orange County, CA area within 1-2 business days. The fastest shipping option available after processing is 2 days, no overnight shipping is available. If you have an urgent shipping request please reach out to help@ldmabrand.com, and they will do their best to accommodate your request.

Please note during extremely busy holidays it may take an additional 1 - 2 business days for order processing.

UPS Ground, UPS Standard, USPS Priority and Priority Express is an economy, residential, and ground service. USPS delivers, Monday through Saturday. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped with a tracking number, all orders come with tracking notification.

Currently, they only ship Via UPS and USPS for International territories. Shipping to a P.O. box or APO/FPO is available using the USPS shipping method. They do not offer free shipping on orders over $75 for international orders.

• All approved BRA ONLY returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
• NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON UNDERWEAR.
• NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
• Due to hygienic reasons underwear CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
• Products must be in the same condition in which you received them. All BRA ONLY returns must include original hang tags. Any returns missing these items will be refused. All items must be new or unused.

To return your items, please email help@ldmabrand.com with your order # and the item(s), colour and size you want to return, please note the reason why you would like to return your item. Once they receive your request, they will view whether your order qualifies for a return request. Once your request has been approved, they will email you a printable pre-paid return label. Simply print this label and adhere it to your shipping box with the items enclosed. Once they receive your package, they'll process your refund. Allow 3-7 business days for the credit to show up in your account.
