Yes, you can make your booking from any country.
If you have booked a Standby Hotel, you should receive an email within 48 hours of completing your booking. If you did not book a Standby Hotel and have not received a confirmation email for a different type of booking, please open a support ticket or contact their support team by phone at +1-800-442-0568.
Unless noted otherwise on their website, all hotels - with the exception of all Disney hotels and hotels in US National Parks - follow this policy: Change or cancellation requests received by their customer support team 3 days prior to noon on the date of check-in will be subject to 1 night's fee.
To change or cancel your flight, please call your airline directly, open a support ticket or call +1-800-442-0568 and they'll be happy to assist. Please note that while some tickets may be exchanged, some are non-refundable and the airlines have fees that they cannot waive.
Once a refund has been processed it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. If you request a refund from the airline directly, expect the refund process to take 30-90 days.
