Knickey orders are shipped via USPS. Free shipping and Flat Rate shipping orders are shipped with USPS Standard First Class Mail, which is a 3-7 day service within the US. If you want them to upgrade, you can spring for expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail, which is a 2-3 day service within the US.

Visit the Knickey Returns Center to start an exchange, return to store credit or a refund, and they will send you a prepaid USPS shipping label for you to send back the goods. They cover the return shipping for exchanges and returns to store credit, but if youβd prefer a refund, return shipping will be $4. Returning from outside the US please visit their international return policy.
