Unfortunately due to too many orders being worn, and then returned in used condition, they are pausing their refund policy. Instead, they will offer free exchanges for a different size, or store credit to use in the future. They have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be placed back into the original clear plastic bag they arrived in. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
