You may pick up your order at the store for up to 7 days by providing a store associate with your pickup notification e-mail and a government-issued photo ID.
Please allow up to three weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
J.Crew Factory gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone, or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. For your convenience, online and phone purchases may be returned to a J.Crew Factory store.
