Upon dispatch of your order, they will send a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it travels to you.
After the checkout process is completed and you have clicked 'Place Order,' they may not be able to accommodate changes if the order has already been dispatched. This includes:
Changing the item or size
Modifying the delivery/billing address
Adding or removing items from your order
Altering the shipping method
They offer a 15-minute window following order placement during which you can cancel your order. To do this, locate your order number, navigate to their return portal, and click the 'Cancel Order' button. Beyond this 15-minute window, they are unable to cancel the order. If your package arrives and appears to be damaged, they urge you NOT to accept the package from the carrier. Instead, refuse the package and contact them immediately so that they can liaise with the courier for resolution. Please note, if a package or freight showing signs of damage is accepted, they cannot be held responsible for any damage or missing items.
They have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need your order number, the receipt or proof of purchase to submit a return.
They will notify you once theyβve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since they approved your return, please contact them through their support portal.
