Instruments4music will arrange a free collection of the goods and suitable replacement for all damaged parcels. Please enclose the completed returns form with your goods so they can be processed efficiently.

All goods carry a standard warranty of 12 months, and 24 months for Cobra Equipment bags. If during this time your product develops a fault, please contact them. For goods that are deemed faulty within the first six months, they will arrange a collection and re-delivery at their cost. After six months you may be required to send the parcel back to themselves.
