• Call FedEx on the number mentioned in this shipping label to schedule a pickup.

• Hand over the packaging to the FedEx representative and maintain the counterfoil for tracking purposes.

• On receipt of the item at their offices, they will inspect your item for: Completeness of the package Signs of wear and tear inflicted due to use or resizing/alteration by non-Inspereza jeweller.
