They are not able to accept returns for wine damaged by weather or refund costs due to delays caused by storms, extreme temperatures, or impassable roads. They strongly advise you to evaluate the expected weather conditions before placing an order, so that the customer's wine arrives on time and in good condition.
They carefully package each order and hope it arrives safely; however, if a customer's shipment is damaged during transport or they feel it is flawed, please contact them immediately. Please include supporting photos of the damage so they can file a claim with the carrier. If customer believes the wine is flawed, please save the remaining wine and the cork until they resolve the issue.

The first annual limited release from the Idyll Time Wines vineyards property owned by the escover family, their inaugural 2019 holiday collection includes a bottle of each of the wines.
A superb syrah and pinot noir blend called syrapinot (the beginning) goes great with turkey, bacon, duck, and chocolate-covered cherries. This limited edition zinfest (zinny zin) is only accessible online. The wines are packaged in a stunning black soft-touch box and come with a portfolio of framed label art with foil printing.
