I Want Wallpaper accept returns, if youโve ordered too many rolls, or even simply donโt like the wallpaper; youโre fine to return it to them at your expense within 3 months of purchase. If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, they suggest using an international courier. All costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, any returned items MUST be returned unopened and unused; this includes murals, rolls, and decor. They do not accept samples back for refund. They advise that all rolls are inspected prior to hanging as a refund cannot be issued once the product has been hung. They also cannot be held responsible for decoratorโs costs when goods are not inspected prior to hanging. In the event of a fault please contact them immediately.
