The age-old question! HiLine Coffee Company process their orders twice per day. Once in the morning for orders placed overnight and again around 2 PM for you early risers. Unfortunately, they cannot guarantee a delivery date (they wish they could bring it to your door themselves) but they are at the mercy of their shipping partners. HiLine Coffee Company coffee is roasted to order and sometimes you all like to buy it all and leave them out of stock for some items. When they have a big promo going on it may take up to 5 days to process and ship your order out (although this is the max time).To prevent delays, they recommend their autoship offering.

Simply email them your order details, and they will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the unused product.
