You may always choose an alternate shipping method if you need expedited shipping. Hawaiian Shaved Ice offer 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air service. A tracking number is sent via email for you to track your package(s).

You may cancel your order, however, they recommend doing so quickly. Hawaiian Shaved Ice don't waste any time packaging your order and sending it to you. If your order has already been scanned into the UPS system, you can easily follow their return policy upon arrival at the destination.

All products may be returned within 30 Days. The Customer must obtain a return authorization number or provide a copy of the original invoice with the return. The Customer is responsible for original and returns shipping costs. Items returned after 30 calendar days from the date of purchase will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Returned orders valued at over $150.00 will incur a 20% restocking fee. When the return has been received, the Customer will be refunded the original purchase price and applicable sales tax, less shipping and applicable restocking costs.
