Standard shipping is free with your purchase over $75, and $5.00 for all other purchases. Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days. You can also select expedited shipping for $15.00, and have your package arrive within 2-3 business days after it has shipped out. Returns are free on all purchases.

Follow the steps below to place a return:

• STEP 01: To complete your return or exchange, go to returns.harperwilde.com. For partial Bundle returns, email support@harperwilde.com with the details from Step 02.

• STEP 02: Input your 5 digit Order Number and shipping zip code. If you can’t locate your Order Number, or your Order Number is longer than 5 digits, please contact their support team. You’ll be prompted to select the items you are returning or exchanging and to enter a reason why for each item.

• STEP 03: Place the bra(s) you’re returning or exchanging back into the Harper Wilde box, or in the packaging of your choice. Print a prepaid return label or activate the pre-paid USPS label included in your shipment at returns.harperwilde.com. Apply that label to the outside of the box.

• STEP 04: Drop off the box at your nearest USPS within 30 days of order receipt, and within 7 days of initiating your return or exchange.

*All returned bras must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the tags attached.

In order to ensure that your return is completed as quickly as possible, please be sure to complete your return request via returns.harperwilde.com, prior to mailing back your items.

The amount paid will be refunded to your original form of payment within 1 business day of receipt of return. If you return between the 30-45 day window, you will receive store credit within 1 business day of receipt of return.

If you’d like to exchange your item for something else, you can begin shopping immediately via returns.harperwilde.com. Your new item will ship once USPS receives your return.

You can return or exchange part or all of your Bundle order. If you return individual items, you’ll be charged the original retail price for those kept items that you keep, and your refund will reflect the difference.

To return or exchange your whole Bundle, go to returns.harperwilde.com. To return or exchange part of it, please email support@harperwilde.com with your 5 digit Order Number, the items you’re returning or exchanging, and reason(s) why for each.
