You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, they do ask that you pay to ship for these returns. If the return is a result of their error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for them to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes them to process your return once they receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
