At Happy Elf they work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. In some instances, processing time can take from 1-3 business days to ship the order from their facility.

Ground shipping generally takes 4-8 business days from the time an order is shipped to arrive at your door. Expedited shipping generally takes 2 business days from the time an order is shipped to arrive at the Happy Elf door.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

After receiving your return the Happy Elf will inspect the condition of your items. Once a return is approved they will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. They will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Claim for damaged items must be completed within 72 hours of receiving the product(s). Please contact Happy Elf by email at info@happyelf.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and they need to have the receipt of proof of purchase.

They take customer satisfaction very seriously, however, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days. The product must be returned to receive a refund. All returns must be postmarked within thirty 30 days of the purchase date.
