Hansen Surfboards accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

All credit card charges on their site are handled with simple authorization. Hansen Surfboards will not charge your card until they ship your order. Be aware that if you use a debit card it will show on your statement as if the card has been charged, but if for any reason they can’t ship your order that charge will go away within 5 to 7 business days.

Orders are shipped during regular business hours Monday-Friday. All orders with expedited shipping will be handled first, but please note that orders can take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. In most cases, they will get your order shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed, but Hansen Surfboards is not responsible for delayed orders.

Returned & Exchanged orders will be processed within 7-10 business days of them receiving the package. Hansen Surfboards will include a return form with each order. If you need to use the return label, please contact them and they can send one over, however, they will deduct $5.90 from your refund for return postage. They are not able to provide return labels for shipments from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and all other international shipments or oversized packages. Make sure to fill out your return form as best you can and make a record of your return tracking and they will handle the rest. Once a credit has been issued they will send you a confirmation via email with your credit information.
