If they have made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please call them immediately at 88-430-0060 or email them at customerservice@HABAusa.com so that they can make it right.

Once an order is placed, it immediately goes to the warehouse for processing. It may not be possible to cancel or make changes.

They expect their customers to be 100% happy with their HABA USA products. If you change your mind, any unused product can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with all the tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items were shipped to you in error.
