You can retrieve your child's PIN at any time either on the app or the website. To do so, please follow these instructions:

On the app and the website:

*Log in to your gohenry parent account

*Click on your child's name

*Click the Card icon at the bottom of the screen

*Click 'PIN' and enter your gohenry password

*Their PIN will be revealed on screen for approximately 5 seconds

If you need to view the PIN again, please enter your password again and the PIN will re-appear.

If you have too much money on your account and the amount you wish to withdraw is =

If the amount is >$120.00 please get in touch with our Member Services Team if you need help getting money out of your parent account and they’ll assist you. They can be reached at help@gohenrycard.com or on (877) 371-6466.

If you wish to close your gohenry account, you'll have a three-day' cooling off' period in which you can reactivate the account. After this time, it will not be possible to reactive, and should you wish to start using henry again, you will need to set up a new account.

To close your account, please contact their Member Services team (who'll be very sad to see you go, but very happy to help). Call them on (877) 372-6466 or pop an email to help@gohenrycard.com between 9 am-5 pm EST, seven days a week.

They will close your account immediately and arrange for any remaining funds to be sent back to your bank account within 7-10 business days. If you need the funds prior to this, we recommend that you withdraw them from an ATM with the gohenry card.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the remaining balance on your gohenry account to be refunded to your debit or credit card. This gives time for any outstanding purchases made on the gohenry cards to be processed.

Any funds remaining will be transferred back to the debit card that has been used to load the account.
