The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
You must return or hand over the goods to them immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform them of the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

FYTA was established midway through 2018, and launched in Berlin. For their sad plants, their founders Sylvie Basler and Claudia Nassif searched for product solutions but came up empty-handed. So they made the decision to create their own goods, with affection and supported by solid research. Alexander Schmitt joined a year later. Since then, a lot has occurred to them. Lucky in the interim, they not only released the FYTA. Beam, but they have also assembled a fantastic, multicultural team of 22 developers, plant and data scientists, and creatives. Crazy about plants and all.
