You may return your Funko merchandise within 15 days of receiving your order and they will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Please return the item(s) in the original box and packaging. Once Customer Service issues you a return label, items must be sent back within 30 days. If you send items more than 30 days after the return label is issued, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
