To renew your Freemium account log in at https://premium.freedompop.com/login. If one of your phone lines is due for renewal you will see an alert at the top of your account. After clicking on the red banner a popup will appear that helps you to complete the renewal.

lease note, when you upgrade your plan you'll lose the plan's remaining balances (minutes, text messages and data). Please make sure to upgrade towards the end of your billing cycle.

• Log in at https://premium.freedompop.com/login

• Click on the line you'd like to manage.

• Click on Change Plan

Select the plan you'd like. You'll incur the full charge for the plan you select and your renewal date will change to reflect a new, updated billing cycle.

• Log into your account at https://premium.freedompop.com/login.

• Click on the line you'd like to manage.

• Click on Change Plan.

• Click on SEE DETAILS.

• Click on "I would like to downgrade to the free plan".

Freedompop does not offer out of network roaming services with their calling plans. You will get In-Network coverage within the 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands and will get no coverage outside of the United States or roaming on another Carrier's Network.
