Frederick's of Hollywood accepts all major Debit and Credit cards.

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the Canadian customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized code. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country.

Simply click the "Track Your Order" option, and enter your order number and email to view Order Status & Tracking information. If your package has shipped, a “Track Your Package” link will be available with your tracking details.

I received a defective item. What do I do?

Frederick's of Hollywood is so sorry to hear you received an item that was damaged. They are happy to help you resolve this but ask that you please Submit A Request on the top with the information: *Order number ,*Item name:, *Defective Issue: ,*Please attach a photo of the item showing the defect.

At this time, Frederick's of Hollywood do not process exchanges. You may return for a refund or credit and place a new order for the style, colour and size of your choice. To review information on what qualifies as a return, please visit the Return section of their website.

Frederick's of Hollywood will gladly accept returns for new and unused merchandise for orders placed directly on www.fredericks.com. Frederick's of Hollywood will accept returns that are received back to their warehouse within 90 days from delivery date for a refund or store credit. All returns must be received with original tags attached.
