Tracking numbers are emailed when your package is scanned out of their warehouse system. The tracking number will not activate until UPS/USPS scan the package at their sorting facility. This usually occurs around 7 pm CST. If you still have issues with your tracking number after this time, please email them at customerservice@fleshlight.com.

Contact them to change or cancel your order; they make no guarantee that the change can be made before the order ships. They regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
Once you've received your package, contact them for an RMA number. DO NOT OPEN THE BOX. Simply write the RMA number on the box and ship the package to their facility. Use the address on Contact them.
If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to their facility without an RMA number, the product value will be refunded upon receipt.
