To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask their customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. Please kindly notice they are going to deduct 15% for credit card payment and handling fee. Upon receiving the product, we will send you a new item for free or issue your refund. The shipping cost of the exchange/return shall be covered by the customer.

NOTICE: If the products are sent with the wrong size/width/colour, they will cover the shipping cost for the return. As for the refund, they are going to withdraw 15% of the purchase amount for the Payment & Handling fee.
