Scroll down to Your Next Club Order and click on the date under delivery date ,A calendar will pop up, and you can select any delivery date you’d like ,Reminder: By hitting 'update' this will lock in your arrival date. If you view your wines and hit 'checkout' this will reserve your wines and charge your card, without affecting the arrival date. You can also send a message to service@firstleaf.com to let them know when you’d like to receive your next shipment, they can set this to any date. If you’re ever unhappy with the wines and the club, cancelling is quick and easy! You can close your account anytime with no hassle, fees or order minimums. It is free to cancel your Firstleaf account. If you find yourself on a website charging you a fee, this is a scam, please exit the website. Firstleaf agents are happy to walk you through this process if needed. If you’d like to close your account, just follow these three easy steps: *Go to the first leaf. club/unsubscribe (if you're not logged in you'll need to log in to your Firstleaf account) *Select your reason for cancelling, and then click Cancel Subscription and follow the steps *Check your email to confirm cancellation

It’s quick and easy to reactive your account! If you’d like to rejoin the club, you can simply go to Firstleaf here and sign in using the same email address and password. Once you log in, a screen will pop up allowing you to reactivate your account. You can also reactivate by emailing them at service@firstleaf.club or giving them a call at 1-800-461-7203 anytime Mon-Fri from 9 is to 8 pm EST.
