They accept returns on any item in same-as-new condition within 14 days of delivery to a domestic address and they make it easy to make returns. To return an item, simply ensure that all labels and tags are intact, repackage the item, and email info@fieldsoutfitting.com to receive your label and drop the package off at any USPS center free of charge. Orders must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and shipped within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if the item does not meet this criterion, the return cannot be accepted.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, they will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. They will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
