As soon as they’ve dispatched your order, they’ll send you a confirmation email. In the email, they’ll provide you with a link, which when clicked will allow you to track your order on the courier’s website.

To cancel or amend your order, please contact them on 0800 458 2090 or via email at cs@feelgoodcontacts.com. You’ll be able to cancel or amend your order up until the point of dispatch. However, after they’ve dispatched the items no changes can be made to your order. Successful cancellations will be refunded within 2-3 working days.

If your items have already been dispatched and a cancellation is not possible, you’ll be able to exchange your order or request a refund as soon as it arrives.
