FamZoo accepts all major Debit & Credit Card.

Nope. They do not store any of your sensitive payment information on FamZoo servers. Your sensitive payment information is all handled and managed securely by Paypal.

If you need to renew your subscription:

• Sign in to FamZoo as a parent.

• If you’re on a mobile device, switch into the Desktop UI by following the instructions here.

• Click on the Store tab.

• Click on the Make Payment or the Subscribe link in the left-hand sidebar.

• Follow the instructions on the form to purchase the desired subscription plan.

To add a new parent or child to the family, follow these steps:

• Sign in as a parent.

• Visit the Family tab.

• Click on the Add link in the Actions section of the left-hand sidebar.

• Fill in fields of the Add a New Family Member form as desired and submit it when finished.

To split a one-off deposit between virtual bank accounts, follow these steps:

• Click on the Split Credit link on the Overview or Accounts page.

• Fill in the amount.

• Fill in the desired split percentages or select one of your existing allowance or split definitions.
