The Eyewear Index is proud to accept VISA, Mastercard and Paypal. They can also accept American Express within Australia only.

Orders within Australia – All Australian orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. New Zealand Orders – International orders take approximately between 5 - 10 business days to arrive from dispatch. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact Customer Care.

A signature will be required on delivery for orders within Australia only, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign and receive your goods. A work address is often a good option. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be held by the carrier for collection.

Following confirmation, your order will be processed. You will then receive a dispatch confirmation advising carrier and traffic information. Your order is expertly packed and collected from them personally by the carriers.

When your order has been dispatched from The Eyewear Index Distribution Centre you will receive a dispatch confirmation email advising carrier and tracking information. In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order, please contact Customer Care.

If you are not satisfied with your online order, they happily accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase for Australian orders and 60 days of purchase for the Rest of the World, for a full refund. The customer is responsible for any postage costs back to their Sydney warehouse.

Items marked with 'Final Sale' and items purchased during their Online Warehouse Sale cannot be returned for refund or exchange, unless faulty. They do not offer exchanges.

Return items must be unworn with original packaging and labels attached.

Please email them within 7 days to report the issue, along with two 2 photos of the damaged item/s.

Following inspection of the item, Le Specs will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.
