UK deliveries usually arrive within 1-2 days with 1st class or 2-4 days with 2nd class. Next-day delivery is available when ordered before 1 p.m. Deliveries outside of the UK usually arrive within 7 days to European countries or 10-14 business days to the rest of the world. DHL delivery is available for most countries and is usually delivered within 1-3 days by air.

They'll keep you updated on the status of your order throughout your order journey, usually via email. If you use Facebook Messenger to chat with them, you can also choose to receive order updates automatically via Messenger.

Please contact them in the unlikely event of a parcel not being delivered. If you requested online order tracking from them, please contact Evolution Slimming for the parcel tracking link if you did not receive it in your email. Please note that they will need to wait 21 days from dispatch before Evolution Slimming can investigate the non-arrival of an item.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please email or phone them requesting it to be cancelled. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel your order; however, you may return the unopened item(s) for a refund.
